Can you use paint poster paint FIMO for it?

It does not matter because gouache paint is not permanent, and acrylic paint. This means that gouache will start to run if it is exposed to a lot of moisture / water unless you seal. In addition, poster paints (tempera, etc.) will look dry with a flat rather than glossy look like most (but not all) of acrylic paints. You can seal all non-permanent paint or other colors you used on polymer clay but if you want they are not affected by moisture later. After the dye are dry, coat them with something clear (and probably water-based since you are using polymer clay), as a medium like cutting ModPodge or just a permanent white glue like Elmers GlueAll diluted with water, a polyurethane, clear nail polish, and various other things – most of btw these bright and dry. let the paint dry completely, then use a light coat of sealer to avoid being too wet yet, you can use one or more regular layers once it's dry. Or you could use an acrylic spray fixative or first artists, if you have.
